This space has a capacity for 3,000 diners (banquet or cocktail) and 1,500 in the auditorium. It also has a jetty, ideal for holding ceremonies. The waters of Caño Marín, a stream that surrounds the estate and allows the enjoyment of this natural lake, become a mirror of Doñana, as we can observe a varied birdlife with some endangered species of great ecological value.

The botanical garden is the jewel of El Ranchito, a 30,000 square metre tour of native species such as the cork oak and aromatic plants wisely combined with exotic ones such as the coconut trees or the palo borracho that presides over the swimming pool.
